Mike Durham, OOS:  Hi, how are you? Good to see you again. 

KY3: I’m happier now that you're here to do this job. So tell me, why is it so important to do spring cleanup? 

Mike Durham, OOS: Well spring cleanups are a kickoff to the season. So, we get rid of all the leaves and all the debris that grew over the winter and get it out of here. And we make a place look prim and proper for the spring. 

KY3: So what will your crew be doing? You obviously have them hard at work here. 

Mike Durham, OOS: What will they be doing? Yeah, they're raking up the leaves and pulling up all the sticks, and they'll go through the beds and pull out any weeds and trim any of the perennials that are growing up or deadhead. And then they’ll haul that stuff out of here so you don't have to mess with it. 

KY3: And those nasty gumballs? 

Mike Durham, OOS: Yeah, that as well and after we're done cleaning they'll do a mow to get that first mow for the season. 

KY3: And they’ve already had their pre-emergent probably. 

Mike Durham, OOS: Hopefully. If you've seen our previous segment, but once that pre-emergent is set you got a nice green lawn and so you need to get all those sticks and leaves out of way.
